Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I place a custom order?
To place a custom order, you can do any of the following: Fill out the contact form which can be found towards the bottom of the home page. Email me directly at blueandbumble3@gmail.com Direct Message me on Instagram or Facebook. Links to social media can be found on the bottom of the website. If you already have an idea of what you are looking for, please include a photo or a direct link if it's something you saw on Pinterest or any other website. If the idea or concept is just in your head, don't worry we will talk it over and bring your idea to life!
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
Most items are made to order, meaning I don't currently keep a stock on hand that is ready to ship. Therefore please allow 3-5 business days for creation (customs may take longer), and then an additional 7-10 business days for shipping. In general, it's about a 1-2 week turnaround. We do our best to get all orders shipped as quickly as possible, therefore you may receive your item sooner then the timeframes above.
  • How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order you MUST contact me at blueandbumble3@gmail.com or DM me on social media within 4 hours of placing your order. I know the time window is short, but please understand that all items are made to order. Therefore once I start processing your order it can not be canceled. If 4 hours have passed, feel free to still reach out. If your item has not already entered the "creation" phase, then I will be happy to cancel your order.
  • Do you accept returns or refunds?
Refunds or Returns are not accepted, but we will glady exchange your item if it arrives damaged. To report a damaged item and to request a new one, please take photos of the damages and Email them and your request to blueandbumble3@gmail.com
